i agree. but why is the largest percentage of jail dwellers in there for drug related crime? and what would the D.E.A. do without drug control? im not advocating anything or putting down anybody. just simple fact

I guess the druggies would pretty much use any method.
But it is illegal no matter what method you use.
You would have couple of extra charges for illegal use of usps if you get caught.

I doubt the DEA conciously looks to maintain a certain level of drugs on the black market... more like they are a force with certain resources that is up against another force with certain resources (ie, drug sellers/drug market etc) and they put a dent in the business but do not stop it altogether because they cannot alone

i carry mine on the plane - syringe in the arm stash in the carryon. They never seem to ask many questions. They know the deal..
