Hmm... I was hoping for a cheaper Dunham's one, but $150 is better than a commercial EFS bar for 2.5x that.

I don't think I've seen them outside of specialty online places, so I wasn't sure if it was something I could pick up a a local fitness supply store.

You should have some specialty fitness shops in your area that either carry them or can order them. Your typical chain stores wont have a clue what you're even talking about.

Did anyone else know that Hammerstrength makes a friggin' GHR? If it's cheaper than the EliteFTS GHR, it might be worth getting. Now they just need to start carrying reverse hypers.

I do chest supported rows, but I prefer barbells.

Red -- I can't fully rotate my wrists to full supination. Technically, it's a slight case of Madelung's deformity. My lifetime aspirations as a change begger has been squashed.
