i'm getting phone calls from a woman with an india accent who says im qualified for a $25k grant for education. i already have a pell grant so i fail to see why i'd get this grant. i dont know if shes a telemarketer or what. i'd assume so because she was pushing whatever it was she was offering. perhaps i shouldve asked her if she was a telemarketer.
