I have never heard of that as a side effect, but I guess if you're on something that you shouldn't get caught being on, that would cause fear of being in trouble... Same as if your license is expired, you'll imagine that every cop on the street is scoping you out. But actual paranoia (unreasonable fear and pessimism of things that aren't real threats, or thinking people are saying bad things behind your back, etc), is a psychological illness that isn't part of use of any AAS that I've heard of.

Seriously bro, its not a yes or no answer IMO. Different compounds will affect people in different ways.
The main stream media would probably have it listed as a common side effect...lol , but you dont see many people on the boards having an issue with it.
If you were predisposed to episodes of paranoia or anything of that nature i cant say AAS would not have a negative impact on that.

if you already have mental issues then steroids can make those situations worse. you are messing with your hormones.. kinda like a psycho female who runs birth control and turns into a nut (we all have seen chicks turn crazy PMS)

thats why i never advise someone who is bi-polar or schizo to mess with roids.

Paranoia is only a problem if its unjustified, as in paranoid schizophrenia. If you're paranoid about doing illegal things, your mind is functioning properly.

I have heard of other health issues causing paranoia, high bp and anxiety, could produce paranoia in someone that could have risk factors for other mental issues. So technically, steroids could bring out some forms of this, directly or indirectly...

I get paranoid BEFORE tkaing them, like, when I am planning it or building my cycle, sometimes I get paranoid like people(family, parents, BOSS) will notice or something, but then once I'm on them I just fuckin love it

Yeah I think most of you are slightly off base of what he is referring to lol

But I think the Anxiety thing is a possibility and this could be caused by underlying health issues, high BP, and any of these could cause feelings of paranoia or heightened anxiety being thought to be paranoia.

We need a few more details of what he is going through to really get a better understanding.

I don't usually have a paranoid personality though I think we may all have the ability to be paranoid at times. when I run a SD cycle, I'm actually calmer than usual. I agree with the poster who said that eq may come the closest to having that type of affect.
