If your holding a little water, but you might want to pick up some bromo asap. What was your cycle anyways we can help you more if you post what type of AS you used

Since it's a collection of BF in an area that is being triggered by Estrogen, using any of the aforementioned Anti-E's will help put it at bay, and then add some cardio (hardcore 2x a day for a couple weeks) and you'll burn it, but then you'll have to watch your diet like a hawk...keep your fats/carbs low...or it'll be back.
I use Novaldex at the end of a cycle, and Proviron during as well as Arimidex......all work.....

the cause of puffy nips is often (though less so) prolactin.. in these cases yohimburn will do some to none..
for those people.. bromocriptine or other dopaminergic..
some people need both.. as the cause it mixed.
I can get some nolva, but it would take awhile - so it would basically be following by clomid cycle - would this still be effective? And will using nolva off cycle be of any help? I'm thinking about getting some yohimburn or the gyno gel.

Unflexed it's not noticeable, except my nipples point a little more outward now. Flexed with arms pointing down is when it's noticeable. I can't tell any difference looking in a mirror at any angle, just looking down at my chest, and probably if I could look up at it.

My nipples seem bigger than before. I am on Test EN & EQ. No bloat to really speak of. My chest looks normal with the exception that I have a Titty Hard On. Does this go away?
Is this normal on Test?
I have read about puffy nips, does that pertain to the actual "tip" or the entire area?

I have puffy nipples. Looks messed up sometimes w/t-shirt other times nothing. The actual entire nipple is puffy, but when it get cold out it shrinks down to nothing. Anyone else get this?

yea I have the same problem. When my nips are hard my chest looks great and totally normal. but when not the whole nipple is puffy like a fat kids. I am so pissed and it has bugged me for years I have had it since puberty, by the way I am not more than 7% bf so what the fuck. It is the biggest self esteem killer in the world I fucking hate it. I am constantly rubbing the nips to keep em hard all the time so they look normal!!!!!!!!! What a fuckin bitch I am
Bro, sounds like your just as aggrevated about this bullshit problem as I am. This destroy's my self confidence, and self esteem. It sucks when you bust your balls in the gym and the rest of your body looks good but those damn nips fuck everything up!!!! Im going to be doing some serious cutting to find out if my problem is bf% related, I hope to god it is, or then Im really gonna lose it

No, I haven't went to a doc, I have been very tempted. I am just very nervous about the use of AAS coming up I I wouldn't know what to say. But, I am about ready to go and see what they say.

"Puffy" nipples are quite normal, hwever if you raise your arm and the puffiness doesn't come with the skin or the puffiness is from deep under the skin(you can feel the glad expanded) then you got some problems. I would try clomid therapy as preventative method, cheap and has other benifits. Arimidex could also help to bring down the puffiness. I have also heard site injections of GH can help with fatty nipples(not gyno), however I have not needed this personally.
Mackavelli...I get the same thing...in fact many of my unnatural friends have the same thing...in fact most pros have the same thing. As long as you can't grab it you are OK. The true key will be getting down to 3-4% bf and seeing if it is still looking ugly, mine go right away.

why does the puffiness go away in the cold though. Does the gland shrink because my nips go completely flat. I noticed I had this problem even b/f any usage. Sucks though b/c I cannot wear some trendy shirts because of the nips. Always has been the case.

For all you interested...Gyno can occur much later after a cycle. Don't think that just because you use some nolvadex that your problem is solved. If you are serious about it, I would use 1/4 to 1/2 arimidex daily. THis prevents conversion of androgens to estrogen, not simply blocking receptors. This will be ten times more effective, not to mention it doesn't cut your gear activity like nolva does.

my puffy nips really didn't even come about until about 2 months after running Deca (i didn't really think this had anything to do with gyno, just my bodyfat level had increased and i thought that was what it was)..then i just recently started 30mg dbol with .5mg liquidex daily, after 6 days i started getting gyno symptons really bad...immediately stopped the bol and started nolva....should i continue using the liquidex, the only thing i am on at this second is var..i am afraid to use any type of test or deca ever again now
the gyno pain pretty much subsided after about 4 days, just a little tender now on the right side, looks a little better to, but definitely puffiness and sticks out a little bit...is that going to go down over time do you think....how long should i continue the nolva now (and liquidex if it is recommended to keep using that?)

My brother got rid of his puffy nips using yohimburn and bromocriptine. Vitex helped a bit. Arimidex helpd a little too. Nolva did pretty much nothing. But his were "naturally" puffy from puberty.
there seems to be two agles of attack on puffy nipples: estrogen and/or prolactin suppression.
try one of them, if it does not work switch or combine. None of the methods are particularly expensive or troublesome.

I would run some generic arimidex=$1/day..it doesn't fuck with gear effectiveness
