Do pro wrestlers cycle at the same time?

I noticed that recently, Kane, Undertaker, Booker T and a couple others look a lot smaller, flatter and more"human", especially Kane who used to be monstrously big is now much smaller. I wonder how much their cycles/off times coincide.
