I noticed that allot of the regulars on this board never post on the training or BB boards, or at least not nearly as much, as they do on this one. So I was wandering how many of the regulars on this board just post to talk/bullshit and don't like to exercise.

I'm not a "body builder" but I do work out 4-5 days per week. I just read up on a lot of stuff on the other EF boards, but don't find myself in the position to give out advise. When I do have a question, I do ask.

Working out is dangerous!! Don't you read about all of the EF members who get hurt?? It's just plain not safe to exercise.

Bowflex rocks. Superior to free weights by far. Just look at the little guy in the infomercial. He sure didn't get that big lifting free weights, it was all bowflex and lots of vitamin C and zinc. That's all you really need to grow like a weed.

No one here works out except bite me and some people from training board.

And wodin.

Did you guys see that infomerical with bowflex or osme shit familiar to it where they got this built guy, probably capable of benching 365 for 1 to load up 140 lb on bowflex and he was unable to press it. Lol that was so funny.

I'm not a body builder but i'm very serious about diet/training.
I learned a lot in the diet board.
I'm still progressing with the type of training i'm doing.
Right now i just have a lot more things to think about and i am leting things the way they are. (not changing much)
Trying / learning more about training will be my next move.

I have been weight training for over 7 years...I just hit a wall as far as training goes as I stopped training for the last 4 weeks.

Hope it wont last too long!

When do you plan to start back up?

It's my lifestyle, so yes I workout on schedule and have never missed a workout in over 2years ...

I'm aiming for a ripped 260-270lbs @ 6'3, got a while to get there ...

A lot of people on this board work out- but they may or may not like like they do.

Those who came to this site just for the chat board i feel truly sorry for.

I can't imagine why people would want to hang out on a chat board at a fitness site if they didn't work out. Why not find a chat board on something that interests you? There are chat boards for eveything. I ran across one the other day, for people who enjoy colonic irrigation. There were folks on there with posts in the thousands.

No, I don't want to bulk up

Yeah, me too! You know when girls lift weights they can get too big............

No seriously,

I've been working out for almost 7 years. The only problem was I was never serious about it. Since December I've made a commitment to get into shape. Lost some weight, still have more to lose. I've been working out really hard since March, really trying to push myself. I don't post much on the training board only because I've sort of been stagnate with my gains. Yesterday however, I did close grip bench, for 6 reps, with a spot, 70 pounds. It was on a smith machine, but that was still really good for me. The most I ever did was 40.

I just wish I could've figured this out months ago.....oh well, live and learn.

LMAO @ people trying to justify their presence at this board.

I dont work out.

I work out, and love it...made it part of my life....

As far as not posting on the other forums...I do occassionally here as well as other boards....but I get more out of reading, or PM'ing individuals that I know that are knowledgeable about my specific question. Generic questions can be found and answered with the search function. I believe most on chat do the same I do, with the exception of Bullit.

The training, diet, and AS boards on EF are great. Chemical Muscle is another great site.

crmdogg, you need like 30 lbs of solid muscle and you'll look like an average person. hit the gym broly

yup i workout, post mainly on the training board. come here for a good laugh every now and then.

Just got back from not workin out.
