Do or Dont add winstrol to cycle???

I was wondering if I should add Winstrol to my cycle to help keep gains and stay somewhat lean.

6'5 275# 17%bf Offensive/Defensive Lineman @ college level
I have done 2 cycles over 2 years ago.

here is my cycle i am starting in 2 weeks.

1-12 week Test E ( 500 mgs a week 2x 250) since I am big should i bump up to 750 a week 3 x 250 or 2 x 375
1-4 week d-bol 40 mgs ed
1-17 week arimidex .5 ed

add winstrol ??? week 8-12?? week 6-10 ???

PCT week 13-17 Clomid 300 mgs 1st day 100 mgs ed for 7 days the 50 mgs for remainded.

You are a big boyso the winny won't be too much. I would go with at least 50mg ED weeks 7-12 with Tyler's and 1-1.5 gallons of water a day. Good Luck big man!!! :p
 
I guess deisel is right it makes sense and I have heard it before. Mostly from those who want to spot specific muscle groups direct during bulk cycle. But I still never understood the chemical reasoning to using standard bulk and standard cutting at the same time. Test would be irrelevant to the circumstances, it goes both ways.

There are some pretty sharp guys on these boards that can break it down with perfect scientific reasoning. Maybe, wait get seconds on deisel or other opinions and you pick.

The best advice you are ever going to get is desils quote from slyder at the bottom of post. Words to live by!

This will be worth watching, good question.
 
You are a big boy and the pounding you take on your joints is already great enough. Winny would be a great compliment to help solidify your gains, but the joint issues that come with it are too risky, in my mind, for a lineman to take. Your PCT is at the core of what will help you keep your gains, not the winny. Once you come off the AS, you will lose the water retention and you will become a little leaner and harder. concentrate on the PCT to keep those gains.
 
like they said, watch out for joint pain with the winny. its a bitch. with that said, wait until week 14 for pct and if you want to run the winny, run it for 6 weeks right up to pct. 8-14
