Do not..i repeat, do not give a cop the finger!

Just pondering....

Cops...

I always thought to get respect, you have to give respect. I always followed that idea. That whole idea, as with pertaining to most cops, I have found it basically goes with them,... "Treat everyone else like a piece of shit, and use your badge to belittle, make fools, and make them respect you in public." I'm 29 and have a good number of friends who are cops and these guys are ok. Unfortunately the pricks greatly outnumber the good guys in almost anything. I guess that is unavoidable, especially when you have a position to fill of power and have to put most people in these jobs where they are of authority over others. Basically it all comes down to the individual and what kind of person they are. Another sad but true depressing fact.

Apoligize if I strayed "off topic."

just was thinking...respect and the law.

I gave the cops the finger once in a park, they got out of the car and came up to me. Asked why I flipped them off and I told them cuz I hate cops, so they told me to get into the car. I was blading with my friends at the time. So then they ran my license and said if I do it again, they'll charge me with disorderly conduct. I got let go. ;) Before that whole thing happend tho, there was a cop driving by with his window open, I called him a pic and he yelled back "fuck you", I thought it was funny coming from a cop.

Forget about the whole ardeal on "free speech" it's all bullshit.

Are you sure it was a cop? I don't know many cops that just walk around commercial buildings like that. Probably a rent-a-cop.

Giving the finder to a cop or calling him names is a form of harassment. You can't just walk into walmart and start calling employees names and shit either. So you could be arrested for giving anyone a finger, not just a cop.

WOrd. Unfortunately most people that go into law enforcement do not do so because they want to serve the public, but because they need to have power over others to feel good about themselves. As many tickets as I have gotten over the years, I've dealt with numerous ones. Some were good, many were pricks. But we have to have them. I respect the heck out of the good ones, it's a job I wouldn't want to have.

What a little asshole you were. I'd have been tempted to beat your ass if I were them. At least give you shock with the stun gun to shut your fucking little mouth, or maybe twist your little fucking finger. LOL

Cops come into clubs/bars here frequently and walk around for a few minutes.

One time the bar was packed and I was drunk. An older cop was pushing his way thru the crowd like billy badass. When he walked past me I said "Move your fat ass on by".

He ended up taking me outside and tried to intimidate me, but I obviously didn't care. He then let me go with a warning.

the cops for the most part are very civilized here compared to other areas oif the world ..i also noticed that cops from more urban areas are less dicks than the hick cops out in the surburbs...the cops around here , never pull you over for bullshit, I have a pretty flashy car with really dark tints and im always out realy late , in alot of areas i would get pulled over just for that, i havent got pulled over once in the 2 years i had my car around here.

I got a spending ticket earlier that day in an obvious "speed trap" (where there are no driveways, side roads, etc but yet the speed limit is somehow 20 mph on a straight-away) so I had my reasons.

harassment? pffft. no. Harassment is beating someone up, or giving a woman unwanted sexual advances, etc.

The law is bullshit.

so did he handcuff you then?
(im assuming he did, if u were in the back of a squad car)

wow, that is a load of shit. They should not be able to do that.

Did he have anything on you even?
So he just grabbed you and forced you outside? what would have happened if you resisted?

I almost threw down with two FUCKIN PIGS one day.

I have a really bad uncontrollable temper when somebody fucks with me for no reason.

These two cocksuckers pulled me over (I forget for what) and did everything they could think of to provoke me.

I was not a smartass, agressive nothing, but they just keep trying to push my buttons.
Calling me boy, and barking orders at me.

They were my age and obviously had god complexes and they pushed it to far.

They informed me that they were going to search my car and I told them no, I said I didnt trust them that they obviously had it in for me and I would allow a different pair of officers to search it.

Well hillbilly cop # 1 says that he's going to cuff me and stick me in they back of his car while they go through my shit.

By then they're was a few people watching and I told hayseed # 1 and # 2 that if they touched me were going to have a problem.

Bottom line is that when they saw they look in my eyes they decided not to push it any more and gave me a verbal warning.

Fuckin pigs without that badge I could beat them retaurded and they know it.

Wrong. If you antagonzie someone and they beat your ass, the charges will more than likely be dropped. At least here in Texas.

there are two types of cops.

cops and la cops.

it's a whole different enchilada here in la. Being a cop here is like being a soldier in the military. It's that dangerous. Few us cops could make it out here in gangland, usa. Cops go into areas I would never ever go into.

it's because I did it in public, they said, kids around  I think they were BSing me, it's not like I know if they can do that shit or not

When first they came up, they told me to come over, I asked if I was under arrest or I'm not comin there, they said I was and I asked "what for" they said "disorderly conduct", then they just told me to get into the car, no handcuffs.

No, he asked me to step outside. I asked if he was gonna charge me with Public Intoxication if I did, he said no, so I went outside where 4 cops stood around me asking me questions and basically trying to scare me.

One thing I've learned, cops, lawyers, judges, etc. can get away with almost anything if they want to....as long as hard proof (video tape, audio, etc.) isn't present.
