I ordered Test E from one site (a really good one) got it about 10 days later. Ordered winstrol from another (also supposedly reliable) have not received it over a month later (probably seized). Ordered Nolvadex about a week ago....

Since I already had my Test E (the backbone of my cycle) and syringes I thought why not start the cycle. There's not a chance I could see sides in the first two weeks while I'm waiting for the other things to arrive.

WRONG!!!

My nipps are twice the size they were about half way into the second week. I'm stopping but that's probably too late.

I just recieved notice that for whatever reason (I hate my bank), my card could not be processed for my last order, the Nolvadex. It's not financial, I have plenty of money..... probably overactive card security seeing a foreign charge and canceling it (they've caused me an INCREDIBLE amount of trouble with this, particularly on foreign vacations). So this pushes back me getting nolvadex even further.

So I put in a second order for nolvadex tonight. If they move quickly and there's no card trouble this time I'll have nolvadex in about 10 days.


Just a cautionary tale.

It's easy to get a steroid or two and want to get a start because of how exciting it all can be, EXPECIALLY to first timers. It's also very dangerous.... I didn't wait for nolvadex and in just two weeks have the distinct beginnings of bitch tits (I must be mega gynoprone). At 600 mg Test E for 2 weeks I didn't think it would act so quick. Nolvadex will be here in 10 days in a best case scenario....

I also suppsedly had some winstrol coming that shipped 15 days ago that I figured would offset the gyno some. It hasn't arrived yet either....

I KNOW I fucked up. But I was wondering if there's anything over the counter or any food I can be eating that might help with estrogen reduction in the meantime while I wait for my nolvadex?

I'm scared that my bigger nips might be permanent. I have to learn everything the hard way..... *sigh*

Anyone know of an over the counter antiestrogen to take while waiting on the nolvadex?

Or foods? Someone told me that broccoli and cabbage can reduce estrogen conversion?


I'm prepared to try anything in the meantime to get rid of the gyno.

This kind of excitement could normally be put down to a reckless age where the basic attitude towards most everything is nothing short of brash. I was desperate to start my 2nd cycle and had planned on test & eq and had everything on hand with just one compound missing. Adex.

My friends in the gym were literally pushing me to start as they had already started theirs and the worst coming to worst, i could borrow a few strips of adex or letro as those fuckers are experienced bros and they even offered...

But nada bro. I didn't start until my nolva & Adex package arrived. And it was 18 days later that i started the cycle. Discretion bro. Using one's intellect to safeguard one's health and put it on topmost priority is a must and you've learnt it the hard way.

Just find out discreetly at the gym where you workout if any good bro is carrying either adex or letro and plead the shit out of him even if it means a few extra bucks. This is the only piece of practical advise i can give.

I hear it has some properties as an aromatase inhibitor?

I don't know much about all that natural herbal remedies. I always believed it takes a chemical to rid a chemical induced problem.

How about this Novedex? I'm hearing a lot of peoiple say it's bunk but there's a handful on here that swear by it and a few studies showing that it really helps.... looking for something to fill the 10-15 day period that I don't have any nolvadex....

This is so true. I went into my cycle thinking that I could get the anti-e's, AI's, and HCG at any time. I was totally wrong and my source jumped ship. Now I am relying on an order to come in...hopefully soon to clear me up and get me going.

I am using Primordial Performance's Sustain Alpha for Test production and it seems to really be helping!

Nolvadex in 10 days? Why? Why would you order it from overseas when there are so many research chem places here in the good 'ol USA to get it in like 2 days with priority mail? Im not trying to be a smart ass, but if you do live in the USA and you ordered Nolvadex from out of the USA, thats clearly your fault.

Try the Novedex in the meantime.I got puffiness and small lumps beneath both nipples when I was on my 1st Test E cycle.I thought I was ok with some research lab Arimidex but didn't do anything even at 1ml so I ordered some letro.In the meantime I tried Novedex XT from Gaspari(at 4 per day) and all sides were greatly reduced by the time the letro got to me.I think it's worth trying,To me the only waste of time is not doing anything

Yeah, I'm gonna try some of that Novedex..... I hear good things about it from a lot of experienced builders.... I also hear of some guys that said it doesn't do anything...

So I'm gonna get a thing of novedex.... I'll keep you guys updated. I'm sure it has to be better than nothing....

If I see a reduction of symptoms I'll probably continue my cycle as planned. Surely that can keep the DD's at bay until the real shit arrives.
