Do I need Creatine or a fat burner on my diet?

for the fat burner......if your looking for a non-ephedra one then thermorexin is damn good.

otherwise just buy some ephedrine HCL and take w/ caffeine and aspirin

Creatine, fat burners, etc are all good supplements to accompany a diet. However, I suggest incorporating high quality r-ala as well.
