hey guys, im having some puffy nipple problems on my current cycle, so i started 20 mgs/day nolvadex and half a dropper of letro daily. my question is it came without instructions. so do i just swallow the letro or is it maybe meant to be taken sublingually? it burns like shit either way. thanks guys

i swallow mine.. id hate to find out you are suppose to just let it sit under your tongue, though i dont see the point in that since its a liquid.. and it will sit there until it evaporates

you should be peeing like a madman within the first 3-4 days.. i wake up to pee 3-4 times at night.. i could probably fill a half gallon jug every time too..

what are you on right now, you might not be holding as much water as you think

Inject it right into the nipple it will clear the puffyness in 2 mins flat. Or you can just inject some acid into the nips and that will do! LOL! JK. Ya just drink it, I have never even heard of injecting it the infections could be horible since it's not sterile.

I mix mine with about 2 oz of grape juice and it still works fine and no burning.
Got rid of 2 quarter size lumps under my nips. Now I won't do a cycle without it.

get yourself a 1 cc syringe with a 1.5 inch pin for better measuring.

most people can do very well with 4/10 of a cc (1mg) daily.
