when i'm counting grams of fat, do i count all the grams of butter i use when i cook my eggs?

my health teacher told me to count just half of what i use, and i thought so too, but i wanted people with experience to fill me in. so how much do i actually count?

It depends on how you cook the eggs... If they are fried then most likely you would not count all the butter. Scrambled eggs on the other hand tend to mix with the butter as you mix them in the pan. Long story short, just look at the pan when you have taken the eggs out. Any butter still in there isn't in the eggs.
