Do high school teachers get tested?

just curious as most jobs dont get tested for steroids, just for the usual rec drugs, but seeing as how a teacher is employed by the state, are they tested for streroids?

No but thats funny, I have a chemistry class in college and my teacher told the class that barry bonds takes steroids to make his body produce more protein. I was thinking, your body produces protien on steroids? I didn't even know that, why the hell am I eating 200 gms of protien everyday then

depends on state and or school district. here they have pre-employment and then probable cause only after that but they they got a strong union behind them so it would still take alot to get fired.

I'm a school teacher. No, you would never ever get tested for Roids. They can test you for Narcotics if they have reason to see fit, but its rare.

I'm a school teacher. No, you would never ever get tested for steroids. They can test you for Narcotics if they have reason to see fit, but its rare.

My wife is a school teacher and I did some sub work before I went to teach at a universty. Everyone in this district has to do a pre-employment which includes some steroids. A teacher (who was a local bodybuilder) got fired because he was tested for probable cause (he actually told students he had taken juice).

Rare or not it happens.

Though a suspect process you can test testosterone ratios through uring. I believe the standard cutoff is 4:1. They don't do blood tests in NFL or MLB either. GH absolutely needs blood work to be caught.

I know a school teacher that smokes pot and snorts a line every once in a while. I never asked, but he doesn't seem to concerned about losing his job.
