Do certain compounds really increase vascularity?

Sorry if it's a stupid question. I'm missing the vein that even crackheads have, the one running the length of the bicep. Mine start in the delts but just disappear before they make it to the biceps. Even cutting down to a low bf this summer didn't help matters. So do different compounds increase vascularity, or is it just that they allow the body to reach lower bf levels? Again, sorry if I'm asking dumb questions, I'd like to add something to my next cycle to see if it helps any. Thanks

you wondering about specific aas compounds or just any ol' vitamin and/or mineral?

Ultimately, bf is what will predict vascularity, but some compounds are known to bring out vascularity moreso with higher bf percentages. Tren and eq are good examples. Pretty much all gear will help to some extent.

Okay thanks guys. I appreciate it. I think I will try some tren or some eq when I get skinny again, around April.

you may hear a few thoughts about winny and var too

I agree....

how do the pro bb'ers get so freaky vascular? i know they're bf is low usually and they eat perfect, train hard and take tons of shit... but goddam those mf'ers got some huge veins.
- of all AS i have used, mainly tren and winny brought out my veins most. also keeping water down will increase vascularity. #1 for vasculairty though is cardio/diet PERIOD!

diuretics until you die

They have 4% bf, they are pumped before they walk on stage, the have zero water on them.. lots of factors -- dont forget, these are the genetically gifted few.

I find large dosages of L-Argenine for extended periods really really makes my veins bulge like the incredible hulk- but I hear peoples reaction to L-Argenine is also genetic dependent.

inject directly in the veins....

I may also have to do with the incerased # of RBCs that result from gear, notably Eq. Just a theory but more cells increases osmotic pressure and leads to more water in the vascular space.

I've always been lean...especially in my arms. I usually always have a vein running down my bicep.....usually in my forearm as well. OF course it also depends on the weather (temperature).

Try winny, being vascular isn't the greatest thing in the world.

I would not be surprised if I am the most vascular person in California
And frankly, wish I were less vascular.

I never was able ot see my arm veins well until the first time I used Winny. Ever since then, they show up more when I run Winny with my test.

Plain and simple, if you don't have vascularity you fall into atleasta few of the categories below:

1. You don't train with insane intensity
2. Your BF is to high
3. You do not achieve a soild pump while training which demands capillary growth
4. You do not do drop sets, rest-pause sets, or bang heavy weights
5. You have tried test, tren, and eq stacked:)

If your lean and have an adequate amount of muscle mass, your vascularity will be there....thats all there is to it. If your not vascular in at least your forearms, your bodyfat % isnt low enough. The larger the muscle the more your veins are pressed against your skin, and when bodyfat is low all they can do is show.
