Oh, I KNOW this sounds paranoid/excessive/strange, BUT I am wondering if carbs in crystal light and splenda count for anything...
do carbs count in diet drinks and sweeteners

i don't think they affect blood sugar but they are calories so keep that in mind

Not really, unless you plan to eat 1000 packets worth, otherwise, you'll be fine.
