It can happen, and I have seen it happen to members here on EF. Letrozole + nolvadex has been good to a lot of people.

It depends. I say that because it's varied case by case. Once the gyno is fully develped, it's very hard to get rid of, but I've worked personally with some people here on EF that got rid of 4-5 year old gyno with letrozole + nolvadex. On the other hand, others weren't so lucky. Again, I think it's on a case by case basis, but it can be done - even in the later stages of gyno.

I heard that it depends on how you got them. Puberty is surgery only and AAS will only sometimes go away.

Depends on whether you are getting rid of gyno or preventing it...you can take .25mgs/day to prevent it, but I'd reccomend a full 2.5mgs to abrogate it.
