It depends. I say that because it's varied case by case. Once the gyno is fully develped, it's very hard to get rid of, but I've worked personally with some people here on EF that got rid of 4-5 year old gyno with letrozole + nolvadex. On the other hand, others weren't so lucky. Again, I think it's on a case by case basis, but it can be done - even in the later stages of gyno.
Depends on whether you are getting rid of gyno or preventing it...you can take .25mgs/day to prevent it, but I'd reccomend a full 2.5mgs to abrogate it.
A pregnant woman's tits get massive and subside a bit later. Wouldn't it follow that gyno would reduce post course even without ancillaries, but once there probably never fully clear up.
