Do anavar strength gains last?

Do the strength gains made on anavar last long after finishing it? I've read that anavar's gains are easily kept but I'm not sure if that only refers to the small mass gain or the strength as well.

alot depends upon how frequent & intense you keep training afterwards and your diet plays a major role also.

Yes and no. You have to bust your ass even harder and eat much more disciplined after a cycle than when on a cycle for most of your gains to last. However muscle fullness, and recovery time cannot last after a cycle because of the positive side effects only from steroids ... unless you add a lot of creatine and maybe some stimulants for muscle fullness and recovery between sets, respectively.
