They sure do! I am visiting in Virginia right now and they talk alot differently than we do. Although they claim I'm the one who talks funny, as I am out numbered. A little girl at a fruit stand asked me where I was from this afternoon 'cuz I talk different! She was like 5 years old...a little cutie. And as much as I don't notice using the word "eh" apparently I do quite frequently.
