Do ALL Cuisinart appliances suck?

They're so damn expensive I assumed I'd be getting quality, but both the Cuisinart appliances I bought for our new house kinda suck.

I bought all silver appliances for our first house and the Cuisinart stuff looked beautiful and I figured since they were like 4x the price of most other applicances they be durable and high quality.

The coffee grinder sucks horribly. Within the first week, I ended up going back to the $10 grinder I bought at Walmart years ago. I gave it away to my boss.

The blender is decent, but certainly no better than the $18 blender I had at my parent's house.

Do all their products underperform like this?

All American appliances suck. When my parents were in Germany for a while the appliances there are amazing.

In a capitalistic society, shit is encouraged to break to increase spending.

I have a blender by them, but i barely use it... myself I think the cheaper brands are just as good.

The blender weighs like 9 tons because the carafe is like an inch thick. Maybe they think thick glass is impressive.

I've seen a few different German applicance brands that looked awesome. Expensive as fucking hell, but great looking.

I have a blender of that brand and it has been fine.

I have their bagel toaster, it's a plastic piece of crap. Half of the heater element died, now it only toasts one side.

Don't konw about Cuisinart, but try the jACK Lalane Juicer. Best thing I ever bought

Their food processors are pretty good but not worth the extra $ IMO. Kithcen Aid is just as good if not better
