Progesterone activity caused by deca/tren agonizes estrogen activity which makes gyno worse and harder to control for. If you can keep you estrogen levels accounted for from the very beginning, then yes it will help because there will be little estrogenic activity to agonize.

there is evidence that they may mediate, by reducing progesterone receptors (though that may or may not be good).

though bloat and potential gynecomastia may also be due to prolactin issues, which dopaminergics like dostinex and others will help with.

its a very complicated issue
