So the other night we went to the bar and then to a afterbar at a buddys house. One of my firnds was ready to leave, so I let him take my car(his was near my house) since my GF was coming over soon anyway and I was far too drunk to drive.

So I get the thing today only to find thought he was some kind of comedian.

First off he covered my seats with trash. No big deal. Nothing messy or anything. Kinda funny actually.

He also though it would be funny to drive the front end past the parking spaces and into the woods. The whole right front side of my car is scratched to shit. The entire fender and part of the hood.

Tried to call him to bitch him out, but he has yet to return my call. I did leave him a pretty nasty message though.

What a fuckin prick!

man i cant stand being nice to people, because ultimately i get screwed. so far happened twice. the last being 2 years ago. a buddy would have took a bullet for decided since he got caught screwing around on his wife he thought i had something to do with it. but he got caught on his own. he was dating 2 and 3 woman each night he went out. anyway, he decided to call my work, the navy, and tell them im doing drugs and faking my ankle. i was 4 days away from being discharged. they held me 6 months pending the investigation. during which i took 4 piss tests which all came back clean. they even sent them to UCLA to have them tested for juice. still came back negative. after my name got rolled in shit and dipped into breadcrumbs i was told that this punk ass bitch didnt have the balls to go to the navy and sign a statement. i told them it was because he was lying. so they finally let me go.

the thing is, in the navy they dont need "full proof" that you did something. if they believe you did it they can bust me down under suspision only. that would have screwed up my retirement and everything.

sorry to hear about your situation bro. it took every ounce of energy to keep from wooping his ass. i hope you have the same control. its not worth going to jail over. but make him pay for the damages that is definate.
