I have tried the 7 day DNP Diet and also experimented with the 3 day DNP cycles prefering the later due to the sweating. I have never exceeded 1000mg in a day but I have a friend who is going up to 1600mg a day. How do you find where your limits are? Is there a point where the fat burning isn't any greater but the risks are much greater? He handles the 1600mg a day and when I am at 1000 it isn't that bad but I don't know if I want to bump that at all. Any advice from seasoned DNP users?
