I used George's layout and I had great results. I then started doing the 3 day cycles and those were more draining then they were fat burning. Since then I only use George's plan. I'm sure if you do a search you'll find it.
restrict, because it really is like pouring gas on the fire...especially when using high doses. Just something like two pieces of bread can get me boiling.
Do a search and find my old thread on my 32 day cycle. I tried to out eat DNP carbs carbs carbs... found that cutting carbs by far yields the best results.
