It's been four days on Crystalline DNP @ 200mg. I dropped about 5 lbs of water on the first two days, and I was pretty much flat as my 13 y/o sister.
I'd been begging for some sort of sign (Stupid, stupid, stupid) - I felt so good that I went and did a little 20 minutes bustass cardio on the bike. I sweat like a pig, though I was not "hot", per se. I came home, on a Friday no less, and went to sleep around 10:30pm. Some questions...
- Not everyone experiences the CNS stimulation, do they?
- I sweat like a pig last night, while pretty well glycogen depleted, and I am 2 lbs lighter than before. Good/bad sign? 200mg is able to do that much? I had some protein/glutamine(5g), and a 1/2 cup Oats since it was some time after cardio, with my 2nd multivitamin before bed. Plenty of water.
- The zit. The zit was nasty. One above my eyebrow, I popped it and yellow shit was all over my fingernails and napkin. Apologies for the grossness, LOL.
- Why am I not feeling the Crystalline until I sleep? I thought at 2-5 hours this shit was supposed to peak in your body. It waits until I am conked out (Thankfully) in order to really start making me sweat... and the first sign comes about 8 hours after I've taken it when DNP levels should be descending.
- Why must this shit work so well? I am seeing just how large my back is not, though I have nearly a perfect cobra in it.
