DNP & The Perfect Diet

Guys I need some help. I am sick of the same diet on dnp.. I need some new ideas. Im sure theres alot of people on here who do different things while on dnp..

Please post what your diet looks like on dnp, alot of us would love to see. You need to do certain things different on DNP and alot of people have no idea what to do..

Theres alot of things. Carb depleting, low carbs, high carbs and low fat..etc..
