I am currently in a 21 day cycle where I take 500 mg powder every morning after breakfast.
I drink a LOT of water!! I do sweat some, but not too much, and I dont notice any other sides.
At the start of the cycle I was 167 lbs, and BF=15 %.
I do a bit of cardio and do weights as usual.
I am now in day 14 of the cycle, and have lost 4-5 lbs.
I keep my calories at maintence level without including the extra calories burnt off during cardio. Protein 30 %, carbs 60 %, fat 10%. I have some questions I hope experienced DNP users can answer:
1: Will I lose much fat after I finish the cycle because of water retention?
2: Should I cut my calories down in the last week of the cycle?
3: I dont see noticeable changes in the mirror? Because of the water?
4: I hoped to lose 10-15 lbs of fat during the cycle, is this possible even if I havent gone much down in weight yet?
