DNP Question

What is the legal status of DNP in the U.S.? Can it legally be obtained here and under what "premise" can it be obtained/used? What about if it is already in "encapsulated" form?

DNP is legally sold a research product, though it is quite hard to obtain as one. Once encapsulated it becomes illegal. It is often sold on the blackmarket in capsule form though.
