DNP, over hyped?

3 weeks in to my first cycle of dnp, and i experienced the sides, but i still havent seen any noticeable fat loss, now i knew to expect water retention and in all fairness my diet was shoddy at best. BUt has anyone else been dissapointed with DNP?

Well if you are feeling the sides, then it is working. But you gotta remember that if your diet is bad, you still aren't gonna see the weightloss you EXPECTED to see. That's the main drawback to DNP...it gets people thinking they can eat kinda crappy and still drop a lot of weight. I'm sure you've lost more than you think you have, but next go round try it with a controlled diet.
 
yeh my expceptional circumstances meant i ate bad (been at sea for 2months on a russian ship 3 times a day it was pork no variation or choice - btw im jewish so pork is kind of a no no, so basically my diet was rice, pasta, bread, jam, sugary cereal and 3 eggs at brekkie).

but yeh your right next time im going to have my diet nailed.

did you notice a decrease in the size of your muscles whilst on? im a lot smaller than i was before?

talk about sides, i was in finland -38 and im in shorts and t-shirt (no word of a lie)

everything i heard was that dnp would burn fat regardless of diet (btw i didnt buy into that), if you could brave the consequences.

i think the truth has to be told its no a miracle drug your diet has to be dialed in and there are alot more superior options available. despite that i will still do another cycle of dnp

Yeah, you go a little flat while on it, but your glycogen stores replenish post "cycle" so you'll be back to normal a week or two after cessesion. :)

Yeah, I remember when DNP 1st came around in early 1990's..... I used it many times, and I was always dissapointed by the results..... I knew it was powerfull stuff cause it made me so HOT, but I just figured there wasn't enough info on how to use it the "correct way" yet..... Some were saying you need to eat carbs, others were saying No Carbs, some were saying you need T3 with it, info was very conflicting to say the least.... After using it about 10 times, and not seeing dramatic results, I decided to stop..... I saw much better fatloss with Clen/T3 cycles anyway.... Plus, the way DNP makes you feel just isn't worth it.... I mean, if it made me feel like shit, and weak, and hot, but I lost TONS of fat too, it would be worth it.... However, this just wasn't the case, and I know I'm not the only one.... Plus there are many cases where people died from too much DNP, so that made it def not worth it in my eyes.....

As ia said in a post by Bigbaboon...peopel want and easy way and do not want to hurt from hunger....you risk your health when all you had to do was diet nd you would have had 10 times the results....this is not directed soley at you but fuck you guys...fuckin diet...you are all starting to piss me off with all this...work and diet are #1....DRUGS ARE SECOND!...I feel a fuckin rant post coming!
