DNP: my low & slow cycle

several guys have pm'd me about my dnp cycle; here's what happened:

i did dnp for 30 days, 200ed, 400eod, averaging 300 per day(more or less). i lost 11 pounds so far, 5 days after last cap, will probably loose more as the rest of the water bloat goes away, still retaining fluid, ankles look puffy still.

i was a little warm, no heavy sweating during the day, entirely manageable. still did cardio 3X per week, 45 minutes each day, lifted weights once or twice per week, no fatigue problems. my pillow case was damp on the heavy nights, but not wringing wet. having no hair on my head (shaved head) probably intensified the damp pillow case.

diet: carbo depleted for 3 days prior to starting, during cycle ate normally, high protein, low fat, low/moderate carbos, didn't notice any sweets craving (well, no more than usual!). drank GALLONS and GALLONS of water, unti my urine was clear. no extra supplements, cash starved as usual.

this was, for me, a very manageable cycle, in spite of the heat and humidity levels in the low to mid 90's here in the big easy. I kept the a/c set at 74 during the day, 72 at night, no excessive sweating!

dnp gave me the weight and fat loss that t3 or any eca combo could not!

Congrats! One thing you mentioned was no supplementation, did that include not taking a powerful antioxidant stack such as a natural version of Vitamin E or Vit C, Zinc? Anyhow, thanks for your report.
 
I am going to do a 21 day cycle soon with similar dosages. WHen you carb depleted what did you eat. Can you give me any suggestions alos on what to eat during the cycle?

Also I am going to take all the sups, vitamins pyruviate, selenium glycerol, did you do any of that?

You mentioned that you didn't use t3 at all. Did you findt that most of the weight loss was toward the beginning of the cycle?

the only vitamin i took was my usual one a day from wal-mart. i meant to use glycerol, kept forgetting to go and buy some.

my 3 day carbo deplete consisted of: scrambled eggs, tuna fish straight from the can, grilled chicken breast, grilled london broil steak. the carbo depleting was, for me, the worst part of the cycle. i had cravings for cake and blue bell home made ice cream big time for those 3 days. sweets has always been my downfall. after i depleted and started the dnp and ate more normally, with some carbos included, no cravings that i can recall.

diet during the 30 days was: grilled chicken breast or grilled lean meats, green peas, green beans, corn on the cob, salad, met rx bars, LOTS of water. i can't emphasize water, drink all you can stand. the more water you drink, the more you will loose. once a week i would let loose for an all you can keep down steak buffet for lunch, wolfing down the fresh, hot dinner rolls and desserts i like so much. after about 16 days i felt sorta guilty for the pig out, but felt i owed it to myself.

this was my third dnp cycle, have lost 37 pounds with dnp since last spring. more to loose, unfortunately. i pigged out during my first sust/primp cycle last winter.

because of my low dosage, i was advised not to use t3 at the end. most of the weight loss was in the last 10 days, as the water bloating is still receeding, i expect to loose more this week.
 
Thanks Rnch, and congrats on the results. THis is going to be my first and hopefully last cycle of DNP. After I am going to do a EQ, WInny, T-3 and Anavar Cycle. My doses are going to be a bit higher because I have a month's vacation. Did you notice the fat loss in the beginning or throughout? Do you think the fat loss tappers off after week one or so? ALso how was your sex drive? I live with my girl so I have to keep her satisfied too.

on the low doages i was taking, i noticed little loss the first 10 days or so. most of my loss happened, i think, in the third week to present day. i retain fluids while on dnp; it takes me about 2 weeks after the last dnp cap to stabilize.
