DNP eats up very little muscle if any. Start out at the 250 and stay with that for about 5 days. If you feel comfortable with the sides you can jump up to 500.
DNP was a lot less catabolic for me than a keto/cardio regimen.I lost little to any muscle during a 42 day run.Strength went down, but rebounded quickly as glycogen/ATP/Creatine stores replenished themselves.

What dose did you run it at, was it powder of crystal? I'm assuming you weren't on any gear at the time as you mentioned your strength went down a bit. What were the final results like?
I'm on day 18 of a planned 21. Did the first 14 at 200mg/day of powder and finishing up the last week with 400mg/day. So far it has worked quite well, but I will never go over 400mg as I couldn't hide the sweating at work. It's a little hard as it is now.
if you keep your protein intake nice and high, AND KEEP HYDRATED then you should not loose muscle, throw in some test+arimidex and your dnp run will be much more effective
