You really need to understand that with some of these reports of major weight loss, do take into account that it IS WEIGHT LOSS. Meaning, the scale went down and that's it. Ive read the same DNP reports where people lost a huge amount of weight.
Alot of this weight they lost was glycogen (carbs and water weight), perhaps if it was extreme..maybe a tad bit of muscle (although the ratio of fat to muscle lost is one of DNP's best attribute, that is, with other diet drugs won't achieve the same target effect). Everybody's bodies are different. SOme hold water more than others, while other's lose plenty of glycogen and retain just a little bit of water. Even when a person comes of a DNP cycle that lost 25 lbs, and maintains 20 lbs of it, I believe that even then some of that weight has to do with their muscles not fully loaded with glycogen. Trust me, there has been times when I lost a shit load of weight, maintained most of it for like over a month, did a 2 day refeed and gained plenty of weight back with no fat gain.
On average, based on MY caliper readings....
A lower dose cycle of DNP (200mg) with a mild diet and little cardio will result in 2-4 lbs of fat loss.
A medium dose cycle of DNP (400mg) with a mild diet and little cardio (when I do cardio, im at the higher end of the fat loss scale) will result in 3-5lbs of fat loss.
Then the 600mg doses of DNP with a mild diet and little cardio will result in around 4-6+ lbs of fat loss. THis is the dosage where Ive seen (though rarely) a loss of 1lb of bodyfat per day. It's mserable dieting and doing cardio at this dosage, but it can be accomplished.
I weigh a bit over 200lbs for the record.
One other thing I want to state...
I lose on average a pound of fat per week on a normal diet with a good amount of exercise, sometimes a bit less at times for reasons I can't figure out.
it doesn't matter whether if im on "LOW CARBS (hey there Fish) or ISO or whatever.
