DNP legality issues

Can you get in trouble for having DNP shipped to you, or possessing it? I mean, it's only illegal for human consumption, right? What if you say you want to use it as an insecticide, or for rat poison or something?

From what I've read it's totally legal to posses it in its raw form. It's just that when you cap it, or make it so humans can consume it, that it becomes illegal.

I have an account with a large chemical company that carries DNP. Because I do not have access to a commercial lab, they will not deliver DNP to my home. It is classified a HAZMAT. If I had a legitimate place to receive it, I would be in business. Anyone have a commercial lab to receive HAZMAT deliveries?

Find a local chemical supply shop have it sent there. Dnp is legal to posses, it also not against the law to take it, however it is a no no for interstate commerce. Meaning you can posses use and even sell within a state. It is only against interstate trafficing laws.

By the way the are a few use patents on file for human weight loss.
