DNP: Laws on Selling?

What are the basic laws of selling this stuff, penalties, etc? And Im not a newbie, just posting under a different screen name for a change.

Thanks for the answer. I have a friend that wants to sell some DNP to a base of clients around the country (and he wants nothing to do with selling this stuff over the net). So I guess if he sells to person X, and tells the government or whomever that it was for research purposes (even though person X used it for personal consumption) then perhaps everything would be ok? Just want to be sure, thanks.

if it is capped, it will be much harder to use the research excuse. if it is in a cannister, perhaps less so.
or if you gut a baby and fill its abdomen with it, then they won't suspect a thing.

Anyway, Ill start gutting the baby's abdomen to fill the DNP powder, and go on from there . Anyway, thanks bros.

One last Q, what kind of penalties could one look at if they were to be caught with selling DNP?
