DNP + ketosis

bro, it works and it works great, but you still need to keep your cals in check, focus on keeping your total caloric intake down to between 10-12cals per lb of bodyweight and you will be inpressed with the results, also with keto you dont feel the burn nearly as much even at very high doses

I'm only a stupid engineer so I can't argue the biology behind it, but good ol' guru, fonz, and andy (at one point) all thought that was a bad idea... Any idea why?

Since you've tried it and are obviously still alive I'll give it a shot, I'm just curious why everyone gave that whole "carbs feed the fire" story (and I don't think it's cuz carbs made u hotter).

the reason some preached it was a bad idea is because dnp eats-up glucose at a very high rate, and then depleates glycogen; so the theory was that doing keto type diet while on dnp you will run a risk of going hypoglycemic, personally i dont see how thats possible

BTW, Fonz is no guru by any means, he comes up with his hypothesies but always lack the ability to throw down some solid proof or even evidence. Andy on the other hand actually does lots of research and has the decency to admit when he is wrong

What kind of Engineering program are you in? in doing chemical Engineering myself

I imagine your energy levels were very low while in ketosis and on DNP? How much LBM did you lose?

did not loose any muscle, AS saw to that

energy were very low, as they ussually are on dnp regardless of what type of diet you run, once you inhibit your ATP synthase enzyme your energy levels will plomit

I've wondered why too. I tried a type of "diet" serge posted awhile back and it works great. It was pretty much water, protein, very low fat, and stick to fructose for carbs. I feel much better and can do pretty much anything without much discomfort. I made the mistake of following a high carb "diet" my first time using and I felt terrible. From now on I'll only do 2-3 day cycles following that low carb type of diet.

1. On Monday I hit the 75mcg(x5) + 50mcg(x5) + 25mcg(x5) T3 downtaper. I'm also doing ketosis this Monday just to lose some water that's been pissing me off. Your thoughts on adding a low dose, say 200mg, of DNP to that stack? Keep in mind I love my thyroid :) (and yeah I'm on a good amount of sauce, catabolism isn't that much of a concern).

2. Computer Engineering... graduated ca. 1.5 years ago. Go Trojans :)

i beleave that will be a great stack with minimum sides, i have ran t-3 but only when i started to cool down, once i added t-3 body temp went back up. keto on dnp is hell, carb cravings are fucking off the wall, although with 200mg/ed should not be too bad

i took my first 200mg DNP pill for the day last night and I could barely sleep. If it wasn't for the benadryl I probably wouldn't have slept. Is this odd? I woke up thirsty as well. I was already in keto when I took it, had been for several days. But I felt like I hit a wall last night and this morning.
Oh. I had been taken clen throughout this week as well. Stopped for today. I was cramping up like crazy and felt miserable on clen.
