Day 2 of first DNP run--promise read tons over the past 2 years, got all the sups and am still reading. Still am feeling a little different than I expected.
Basically at this point I expected to feel pretty much nothing. I only took 200mg (yesterday)--am about 51kgs (female). Planned on taking 200mg EOD for first run.
My stomaches been turning bad (feeling came with the first dose--20hrs so far and still going). It's better after I eat for about 30m but I'm not hungry at all. The rest of the time I'm fighting off throwing up. Is there anything I can do to settle it??
I took at 9pm and was sweating in my bed by midnight--was also up and down peeing all night. Heat felt good--usually need an electric bedwarmer to sleep. Didn't need to turn it on and was still sweating. Now I know these are all to be expected but three hours afterwards??? Almost everyone's dnp posts read, day 3 felt a little warmer, not hour 3?? This I'm not worried about is just happening alot faster than I thought, wondering if there's a reason for it.
One more thing, I'm eating close to no carbs--lots of guys got good results like this and is what I prefer to minimize sides. Only how do you know if you need some fructose?? I've been light headed, spacey all day, is that the sign to eat a piece of fruit??
