Just how bad was it for you all to do day to day Crap while ON DNP. Work, Working out, going on a date, just chilling is that possiable or is the sweating and tiredness that much.
I felt about normal energy until I hit the gym, I was ALWAYS hot and sweating a bit.... Try eating a lot of simple sugars (grapes, apples, any fruit)... Your body can't store those carbs as energy (fat), so knock yourself out
I'm not saying it would solve all your problems, I mean you'd still be sweating your aree off, and you would still want to keep your workouts very light, and no longer than 45 minutes, but you'd have some energy and you'd be able to do stuff
It depends on dosage... you can go with 200mgs ED and lose weight slowly and not see very noticable side effects or you could jump up to 600mgs every 36 hours and see large fat loss and a lot of sweating.. depends a lot on lifestyle and goals!
