seems like a consensus that 400mg a day is the right dose for effective fat loss without the harsh sides.

i was thinking about 200mg a day for 4 weeks.
question:

which makes more sense:

1) dose first thing in the a.m
2) dose before bedtime

As far as dosage, my experience is that 200md/day will only be effective for about a week the the down regulation of thyroid begins. If you want to use low dosage for extended periods of time supplement w/T3. Otherwise kick it up to 400mg after the first week.
For the time frame, it will depend on when you can afford to look like a junkie with withdrawls. I always took mine about 2-3 hours before bed. Sleep was effected though. Make sure you have alot of water on the nightdstand and a good fan!! You'll still feel the heat the next day but I couldn't afford to have my peak be during the time I was at work. Hope this helps!
 
I wouldn't call myself an expert, but I have survived about 5 cycles and this is what I have learned for me persoanlly (may be different for you)

Low dose is better for lomg term use & results, but slower

Taking at night causes HORRIBLE night sweats & insomnia, taking over 400mg / day makes it WORSE! - take in morning or late afternoon

over 400 mg causes huge carb cravings, lethargy & sore throat

can't tolerate 400 mg or more /day for more than 5 days

Its easy to out eat the DNP effect, especailly if you get carb cravings

Glycerol didn't do shit for me!


Next cycle - following Dr. Bachynsky's low dose DNP, T3 cylce that you posted - seems the most logical way (to me anyway)

I HOPEyou mean 50mcg (50 MICRO-GRAMS) T3 not 50mg!!!!! That much will a little rough on the old ticker!! :freak:
 
Well, 200 am with T3 is what I would use but... I think the fat loss may be slow. I'm looking at long term low dosage to slowly drop fat with minimal muscle loss, thanks to anabolics & GH - which aid in the fat loss. I wan't to use the DNP just to keep my metabolism up and fat down without restricting calories

I also have found the low dose allows me to train and do some cardio (HATE cardio - except sprints) with no energy or strength decrease.

for me dnp didnt affect my sleep or give me huge cravings so the next time I run it will be a longer cycle 4-6weeks 2oomg ed at night with 25mcg t3

the only way to know if this will fuck with your sleep is to try it,and if it bugs ya skip a day then start the next morning,I personally prefer to have the sides when Im out
