Does DNP by-pass carbs?

I understand eating fat while on dnp is not a good idea because it burns dietary fat before it gets to work on body fat, but
I'm really confused on what DNP does to carbs exactly.

Can i eat excess amount of cals in the form of carbs and still lose weight?... would i still need to go well below my BMR to have good effects if my diet was a light amount of protien and mostly fat free carbs.

let say i eat 500 grams of fat. I would not lose body fat till i burned all of that.

But what about 500 grams of carbs turned into heat? Would i still lose body fat while those carbs were inside me?

If you are going to put a substance like DNP in your body why not take a small step of getting your diet in check? With out that it does not matter what you take you will always be fat....and I hope you ment 500 cals from fat--not 500 grams of fat..... WTF

if you want a DNP diet....
50% carbs 35% protien 15% fat @ 500 cals beow BMR
you need the carbs for your body temp to elevate ie. how your metabolism is raised and how you loose fat

IMO people that pig out on DNP are just wasting it compare to what it can really do for you with minimal effort....

LOL

what makes you think my diet is not in check? I bet i know more about dieting than you do naturally.

i'm around 6-8% tyring to get lower. My diet is fine, im just trying to adjust my diet to benefit my last few days on DNP.

And those numbers are just an example, so someone can give me a scientific reply. LOL

50% 35% and 15% is not a good diet for DNP.

you really should have not much fat at all in your diet on dnp besides the fat you can't possibly avoid.

My diet consists of fruit and fat free protien. I guss the question for people like you ,who chose to be a know it all, is: can i eat more friut/fructose than i already am right now and still lose weight.

<b>"you need the carbs for your body temp to elevate ie. how your metabolism is raised and how you loose fat"</b>

LOL

you don't want your body to elivate while on DNP thats why you needto eat fructose. You know nothing about DNP.

God... some people on this board......

let me ask you a question... howmany DNP cycles have you done in the past? This is my 4th on all with great results.

you should have some experience before giving advise.

see i can be a wise ass too. How do you like it?

Carbs only increae heat on DNP, not increase fat-loss. From what I can tell from the archives the opitmal diet is protein and fructose only, best fat-loss with very limited sides.

I feel like Fonz's bitch for posting this for a second time today, but hopefully it will help you fellas out. I think he has his head on straight and I listen to a lot of what he says - so take this as you will....

Here's the proof as to WHY having a HIGH CARB intake while on DNP(if Kcal's are kept the same) is BETTER.

Before I start, Stew, Macro, Cockedzl, Andy etc...
THIS IS AN APPROXIMATION since all bodily processess
are ineffective andtend to entropy.(become chaotic)

Ok, Lets Use Bodybuilder 1 and Bodybuilder 2.
Bodybuilder 1 eats 2000Kcal/day composed of 60% carbs,
30% protein, 10% fat

Bodybuilder 2 eats 2000Kcal/day composed of 40% fat/30%
protein/ 30% carbs (Basically a zone-type diet)

Now:
Carbs convert to glucose with 100% efficiency
Protein converts to glucose with 58% efficiency and the
rest is ketones.

Fat converts to glucose at 10% and the rest are ketones.
Ketones btw=Fats
DNP, btw BURNS DIETARY FAT BEFORE STORED FAT.
REMEMBER that fact!!!!!

So,
Bodybuilder 1 produces the following by-products:
60% carbs / 2000Kcal= 1200Kcal/4Kcal/g=300g glucose(carbs)
30% protein/2000Kcal= 600Kcal/4Kcal/g=150g protein,
*0.58%= 87g glucose and 63g ketones.
10% Fat/ 2000Kcal= 200Kcal/9Kcal/g= 22.g * 0.1%= 0.2g
glucose and 2g Ketones.

So, total for bodybuilder 1:
Total Glucose: 387.2g glucose
Total Ketones: 65g Ketones

Bodybuilder 2 produces the following by-products:
30% carbs/ 2000Kcal= 600/4= 150g glucose
30% protein/ 2000 Kcal = 600/4 = 150g protein * 0.58%= 87g
glucose and 67g ketones
40% Fat/ 2000Kcal = 800/9Kcal/g= 88.9g Fat = 8.9g glucose
and 80g ketones.
Total glucose: 245.9g glucose
Total Ketones: 147g Ketones

NOW, LETS COMPARE
HIGHER CARB:
Total glucose: 387.2g glucose
Total Ketones: 65g Ketones

HIGHER FAT:
Total glucose: 245.9g lucose
Total Ketones: 147g Ketones

WHAT DOES DNP ULTIMATELY DO? Render the conversion of
glucose to ATP into HEAT PRODUCTION.

So, bodybuilder 1: Carbs= Heat
Ketones= 65g*7Kcal/g= 455Kcal

And, Bodybuilder 2: Carbs= Heat
Ketones= 147g*7Kcal/g= 1017.5Kcal
(Ketones btw=oxidized fatty acids that yield 7Kcal/gram)

NOW, can you see the MASSIVE DIFFERENCE!!!!!!

Bodybuilder1 WILL CREATE an EXTRA 562.5Kcal
deficit just by macro-nutrient manipulation.
Thats approx. 124% more calories dissipated than
bodybuilder 2. That means MORE ADIPOSE TISSUE
BURNT FOR FUEL.

Therefore, following a high-carb diet while on DNP will increase
adipose tissue burning through caloric dissipation.
Godspeed

thanks man. That's what i was looking for.

I knew i read this info somewhere on the board, but could not remember exactly what it said and where to find it.

thanks again!

no problem.

When DNP uncouples michtochondria, most of the energy produced by glycolysis and the Krebs cycle is emmited as heat from the body. The more carbs you eat, the more heat is released form uncoupled ETC's.
