My next dnp cycle is less then a week away and I just can't figure out a cycle to run.
My last cycle was 8 days...
Day 1-2 200mg
Day 2-8 400mg
I lost 2 pounds (my cals were at maint.), I look and feel like I lost about 5-10 pounds though.
I could do the same cycle but I want to try something new.
There is the 3 day cycle where I start off at a high dose and slowely lower it. Not sure if I want to do that one because it took 7 days on my last cycle to notice any results, don't want to waste any dnp
or I could go for the long and low dose cycle which I'm not sure would be very safe in my case because I won't be supplementing with t3. Only supplements I have are Multivitamins, Vitamin C and Calcium.
