Im trying to decide what would be my best choice. I am just coming off 4 years of bulking for football and ready to lose some weight and get "beach ready" lol. I'm 6'5'' 310 at the moment. I would estimate 18-22% bf not real sure. I have taken clen before at a moderate dosage and it worked well. Im starting to cancel out T3 cause im hearing it flatens muscles. Looking to get down to 260 or so within the next 6 months. Believe it or not I know only eat maybe 2 meals a day with small snacks, so dieting and exercise isn't exactly shedding it off... Let me know yalls thoughts..
