DNP, Clen, or T3 for me?

Im trying to decide what would be my best choice. I am just coming off 4 years of bulking for football and ready to lose some weight and get "beach ready" lol. I'm 6'5'' 310 at the moment. I would estimate 18-22% bf not real sure. I have taken clen before at a moderate dosage and it worked well. Im starting to cancel out T3 cause im hearing it flatens muscles. Looking to get down to 260 or so within the next 6 months. Believe it or not I know only eat maybe 2 meals a day with small snacks, so dieting and exercise isn't exactly shedding it off... Let me know yalls thoughts..
 
If nutrition is in top shape then so will you. If you diet is in check and you are eating clean you will have no prob in losing that extra weight - you do not need need T3, Clen or DNP (Dnp should not even be an option in this case mate if you ask me)...

When you have lost some considerable weight from eating clean and plenty of cardio then maybe think about adding some clen or T3, or even both together which is an excellent stack but really to be honest only gives dramatic results if pretty low b/f anyway.

This is true get into around 14% of bf and between that time read every article ever wrote on dnp and when your done read em all again then you might be ready to give it a go at a minimal dose till your body learns how it works imo clen is garbage and T3 scares the shit outa me much more than DNP and will never touch it although others will probably flame me for that but I will not mess with anything that has been proven to be able to permanently damage your pituatery.
 
I'd stay away from the DNP. Just like Devlin said, use your clean diet and HIIT cardio and you will lose that pretty fast. If you wanna be crazy, do cardio twice a day. But if you really want to use drugs to lose it, I'd just go with the clen since you have used ti before and know what to expect. Good luck.
 
your problem is the two meals a day,eat more and keep exercising more regularly and when your not losing anymore then add in clen,and if by those 6 months of serious dieting and then with the aid of clen you arent happy,then look into dnp

T3 hasn't been proven to permanently supress your endegenous thyroid levels. I've taken 150MCG ed for 6 weeks and my bloodwork showed no decreased T3 levels.

DNP is alot more risky than T3. Still want to try it though.....

Thats what Im hearing, I have never been a huge eater even on cycle. Its hard to believe but getting just 200g of protein a day was a real task for me when I was on cycle, I rarely got the 300g i needed. My GF is majoring in Physical Therapy and minor in nutrition and we had a talk with some of her professors and the majority say that my metabolism is working very slow right now due my lack of frequent intake. Im gonna start eating more often in the day add alittle more calories and up my cardio and light weights. ECA stacks till i get to 14% bf, then prolly some clen to drop the stubborn fat. Im getting ahead of myself but thx for the help guys thats the stuff I was looking for...Karma for yall :chomp:

Yeah and an absolutely true one wich most people that have run both will attest to.Also the sides/beneffit ratio for the 2 is a clear choice as to wich one I will choose each and everytime.
