you should lay off the cardio bro!with dnp its better to be safe then sorry!pay close attention to your diet and forget about the cardio...imo!just finished a 3day burst (800,600,600) on a keto diet felt like shit until this morning!the scales showed a 6kg dcerease in body weigth and im still holding shit load of water...getting my bodyfat tested nextweek which will tell the real results...
