a question for the dnp experts:

on a "low and slow" dnp cycle of 300 powdered per day, for 4 to 6 weeks, does doing cardio (bicycle, treadmill) for 30 minutes 3 times a week help/hurt/makes any difference for b/f loss?

i have been lifting 3 times a week for 45 minutes to 75 minutes 3 times a week, should i cut back or cut it out entirely while on the stuff?
 
I'm no expect by any means but I've done two low dose cycles of 400mg/d and I've always done as much as I can. I do workout and 30min bike(low cardio for me) or jog/walk 5min/5min for 30min.
 
i did 200 a day for a month. cardio helps. however, after doing this i would just stick with 400-600 a day for a week instead of spreading out the sweat.
 
well, everybody's different, but......

at 600 per day, the side effect were unbearable!!!! PROFUSE swearing, flushed skin, big time gas output, uncontrollable bowel movements. OOOOFFFFF!!!!!! i was housebound. 400 maybe, 600 never!!
