if someone has dnp powder, how does that person know if their is 200 mg in the cap, if that person is capping it them selves.

yeah, if your not carefull..the room that u do the capping in will also be yellow ... also scale would be nice..

It is complicated process. Some guys are meticulous about it and weigh it out individually. It has been a few years but I mixed it with corn starch... There are numbers to use, but I don't remember them. I am sure if you searched the internet for DNP Caps the ratios and numbers would eventually come up. I warn you though.... making the caps is not to be taken likely... even with gloves you will stain your hands and a lot of things by them...

what is the weight on the powder for a 200 mg cap??
would it be 1/5 of a gram=200mg??

yeah 200mg = 1/5 gram. You are going to need a scale that is accurate at those levels. Some are only good to a gram. You need one that is good to the mg.
