Dnp Bloat Big Time?

Wow, I weighed 180 when I took my first dosage of dnp and now im 188, I thought you were supposed to lose weight on dnp not gain weight I know its all water but I thought the water was supposed to take the place of the fat? has anyone gained alot of water weight while on dnp? iv been drinking 1.5 gallons a day

I have used multiple cycles of DNP from the 3day to the week on week off. Thanks to this site I have turned away from it but I use to retain crazy water when I did it. The last time I went for a week on I was 219 pre-use, 222, the last day of the seven on, and 208 one week later. Buy Dandelion Root and take 1 pill 2-3 times a day once you come off...it really helped me lose the water weight.

very common, i hope you are keeping your calories in check, if you overeat you will retain more water and burn less fat

try to keep cals donw to about 10-12/lb of bodyweight for best results

PS, you will be pissing for 24 hours straight once dnp clears your system
