ok, this is my second run with DNP.
the first one i did 250/500/500/500/750 of the crystal.
I lost about 7 lbs off those 5 days. I was on IP t3, so it didn't affect me quite right as his t3 is shitty anyways.
for this time, i'm going to run 3-4 days.
yesterday was day 1, i took 750 mg of the crystal, each 250 spaced at least 4 hours apart. I noticed some sweating, but not too much. Mainly when i was lifting i noticed a lot more sweat than normal.
i plan on doing 750/750/750/500 and then taking maybe 2 weeks off before trying it again.
does that look like a good plan, or should i stick with 750/750/500 instead of 4 days??
I have about 750 ml of glycerol to take, and i'm taking Vit A-E, ala, milk thistle, grape seed extract and countless other supps.
any info would be awesome . .thanks
oh yeah, i'm 5'11" and weight 210. My bf is around 14%
