DNP before or after a cycle

DNP is muscle sparing so it is not necassary to run AS with it, but anything anti-catabolic would be fine. I use before and after a cycle.
 
I posted this question before and never really got an answer. Would 30 mg Ox ED be a good compliment to a long low dose of DNP (say 21 days)?
 
Inoticed a little rebound of fat after my 2dnp cycles. I guess it was from low T3 levels and I just didnt have my diet down good enough to keep it off. For this reason I would say do it before cycle so then you can lose fat before the cycle starts and then rely on the AS to help you stay lean/add muscle all while keeping the fat off. Just my .02.

Also I was thinking about running 200mg powder during clomid when I am done with my cutter in a few weeks but I am afraid of my diet and gaining back some fat added with the fact that hormones are out of balance which might make it easier to gain fat...I dont know anyof this for sure, its just based on my personal experience...

For what my opinion may be worth... I would run the dnp and then hit the ox. I was plannin on doing that for my cutter but my generic ox hasnt arrived yet. I though this would work good b/c dnp would burn fat then the ox would help me stay lean and also help me lose even more stomach fat. Since nobody else answered, I figured I would tell you what I would do. Take it for what it is worth, but let me know how it turns out b/c if my ox ever arrives, I want to try out the same thing! Good luck with whatever you decide

how does this look pre-cycle
7 days dnp starting at 200mg/ed going to 400 if i can handle it.
use cytomel at 25mcg while on dnp and for 5 days after
ephedrine hcl at 25mg/ed for 7 days
dyazide post dnp cycle for 5 days
glycerol fuel
potassium citrate
anti-oxidants
 
Im guessing that this is your first cycle?

I would suggest to go as long as you can go. My first one I went 10 days, looked like:

200,200,200,400,400,400,600,600,600,800 - POWDER

Then start your cycle a couple of days after you end the DNP. If you dont feel comfortable with taking more than 400mg of DNP than just stay there for however long you want. If you only do it 7 days then do 200 the first 3 and 400 the next 4...I think you will be able to handle 200 (I started to sweat a little at 400). the more carbs you eat, the hotter you will feel. I felt run down after being on for a couple days and ECA helped me some along with fruit. I have read that if you sip on soda throughout the day, that will help but I havent tried it. I didnt take gycerol but I think it should only help.

I am not familiar with dyazide but it sounds like a diuretic. I would stay away from it(just b/c I am unfamiliar with it). remembeer that after your last dose, you will probably still feel hot for another day 2 till it totally clears your system. I would just let the water come off naturally or take it maybe a week after just to make sure there arent any interactions between the 2.

I wish I had my cytomel when I ran it as i think it would of helped me keep off the post cycle fat. I think this should help you out with the problem I had. Sorry for writing a book:p but if you have anymore questions I may not know everything about DNP but I'll try and help you from my experiences.

you might want some others opinions but if it was me I would prob just run about 25mcg for about 5-10 days after and not really worry using it about during....But i dont really have any theory behind it.

looks like my fat gain may have been from my diet(or lack of diet:) ) I was looking around and came across this thread on another board. The poster, BH94, has posted many good threads on DNP and some were lost when triedia went down a while back. This thread tells about his experience with DNP after the cycle and using it as a bridge to help keep more of your gains. Hope yall find it helpful, I think I am gonna try this out for myself and just watch my diet even more.

DNP isn't anti-catabolic. Using it post-cycle will not result in any LESS mucle loss than not using it.. If anything, it will result in more muscle loss..

Ok in that thread I posted, BH94 said something to the effect(he also said he was NOT exactly sure) that your body still has T4 in it but the DNP stops the conversion to T3. So does this mean, if it is correct, that your T3 levels should be back to normal rather quickly after the end of a DNP cycle?

Since he said he wasnt sure, I was wondering what your thoughts are on this.

BTW I am more worried about putting back on some fat after the DNP cycle than I am about losing a little bit of muscle after cycle.

DNP causes a drop in t3 in the same way the Adkins diet does. How long it takes to come back is another story.

If you are more worried about putting on fat after DNP, then don't eat so much when you come off of it... Your t3 levels should be fine in less than two weeks after DNP... Now,, if you dicked around with cytomel before or during DNP, you will have more problems to deal with.
