t-4 to t-3 conversion plumits after a few days of dnp use, that is your body's way of attempting to lower its metabolic rate, if you have been on dnp for more then 5 days, its safe to assume that your t-3 levels are very low

the only way to bring them up is by supplementing with synthetic t-3

it would be hard to tell since the symptoms would be masked by the dnp effects.

Fatigue
Weakness
Weight gain or increased difficulty losing weight
Coarse, dry hair
Dry, rough pale skin
Hair loss
Cold intolerance (can't tolerate the cold like those around you)
Muscle cramps and frequent muscle aches
Constipation
Depression
Irritability
Memory loss
Abnormal menstrual cycles
Decreased libido

i would think the supression of t3 levels while on DNP would be muscle sparing. DNP will mostly burn just fat. Taking t3 could speed up fat loss, but muslce loss as well..

I really dont think you need to use T3 while on dnp. It would not make all that much a dif since the dnp will burn so much fat.... Not worth adding it if you ask me.

i just realized i am retarded and did not read this thread correctly.......

I would say it would be impossible to notice t3 supression while on dnp. T3 should start to shoot up after you stop taking it and you carb up. it will give you a nice anabolic rebound. I would not worry about it.

If you are taking DNP you t-3 level are lowered , no question, no you will not burn excessive amounts of muscle while adding t-3 because the majority is burned up in the liver and other organs.

This is exactly what ive been reading these past few month while researching dnp.

The amazing thing about dnp is that after use like Diesel said T3 level shoot back up automatically after the HI-GI carb up. coupled by the anabolic rebound.

This and only this is what interested me into dnp. the hardest thing about a diet for me is getting off.

thanks guys,

a few more quick questions

after the DNP lowers my T3 levels, will i still continue to burn fat? doing a 7 day cycle right now, but thinking of doing a 2 weeks cycle here in a few weeks.

should i stick with 7 days for my next one or do a 2 week cycle?

2 weeks would prob start out at 250 for 3 days then go to 500 mg till the end, i think, havent thought about it much

right now doing 200 mg for 3 days then 400 mg for 4 days (on my 4th day right now.)

should i use some forskolin after or during the 7 day, or just let it raise naturally and use it after or during the 14 day cycle?

forskolin, How much should i take :)?

again thanks for the input

You can continue to cut after your DNP cycle... but I'd say you'll be due for a nice carb up to replenish glycogen stores. I'd think that DNP followed by some fina or 1-test would be a nice way to get going again...
