DNP and Metabolic Rate-vs-ECA

I haven't i'm actually doing the reverse. I'm up to what should be 800mg of Powdered(it's underdosed) and i take 25mcg of dnp and for the past 4 days i've kept calories under 1500/day and i've dropped a good amount of fat.
 
I am on the last day of my 5 day cycle. I used 1 gram on Monday, 800mg on Tuesday and Wednesday, and 400mg Thursday and today. I can only do this because I've run several cycles before, and even then I had to leave work early on Wed because I felt so sick. I shit you not though, I lost 10 lbs since Sunday, from 259 to 249-250, only went to the gym once and NO cardio, just eating as little as possible. Try doing that on ECA or clen, no fucking way. I don't even think you could do that just not eating anything period!:D

I think that depends on several things. I would NEVER recommend that to anyone else, at least not unless I know their experience level with it. I actually got this idea from one of the mods here (Andy13?) about using DNP in a blitz cycle, basically 3 days or so of high-dose instead of 7-9 days of low dose. Believe me, at a gram you feel the sides the first day, but by the time it becomes unbearable you are coming off. You can also do this with more frequency since you are on and off less time. The weight loss ends up being about the same.

ECA = 3% increase in BMR

75% of ECA's effects are seen through its anorectic mode of action(You eat less)

25% of its effects are seen through its thermogenic mode of action.(Beta-adrenoreceptor agonism)

DNP can achieve an increase in 70% in BMR by using Dinitrophenol+lysine which makes it more deliverable to your body.

In fact, I posted several studies by a french scientist who did quite a few tests on DNP which proved the 70% increase in BMR.
The dose however was high(10mg/Kg).

Some of us postulated that the increase in BMR induced by the DNP was linearly related to the amount ingested in (mg/Kg).

2mg/Kg----- 14%
4mg/Kg----- 28%
6mg/kg----- 42%
8mg/Kg----- 56%
10mg/kg--- 70%

So, as you can see, even a measly 200mg/day(Which is barely noticeable) delivers a 14% boost in BMR, which is 467% that of Ephedrine's 3%.

i.e. you can only increase BMR so much until your core temperature just goes out of control and you cook yourself from the inside out, no matter how many fluids you ingest.

I have personally done 10mg/Kg for 5 days, and while VERY uncomfortable, it was not life threatening at all because I knew what i was doing. As probably in all things.

And while 2,4, Dinitrophenol is a component in TNT, it is also used as a food dye as it stains things yellow. Its is FDA approved for this purpose btw. Goes to show what a BS organization the FDA is.

I cant imagine how miserable you must have been with BMR at %70 above normal....i feel shitty on 400mg! You have some brassballs!

Damn, i dont care what people say about DNP, i love the shit, it works so damn good! I need more!

dont want to sound like an idiot or anything, but when you speak of BMR, your speaking of the amount of calories that you would burn by basically doing nothing, just being alive,your Basal Metabolic Rate? Are you speaking of lean body mass or toatal body mass?
Now if you workout and do cardio wouldnt that number increase greatly?

crystal is much stronger, and more unstable. Your margin for error becomes next to nothing when using crystal. Stick to powder.

I demand to see your references for these numbers (or basis from which your data was derived).. I think you extracted them.

Aside, do you know, chemically, what TNT is?
