DNP and Metabolic Rate-vs-ECA

Stick with 400mg if your 200lbs. If you get good powder, you will sweat like a bitch and loose 7lbs after 10 days. I was 225 and thats what i saw...
 
Andy, how much would you say 400mg would raise the metabolic rate? How about 600mg?

If you need a weight, how about for a 100lbs person or 200lbs. Just a nice round number. :)

DNP is the only thing I've seen used (and praised) when its dose-response curve is so steep that when you're taking X mg it's working fine, but X+10 mg has a good chance of killing you.

Make sure you know what you're about if you're doing DNP.

If you notice they never exceeded 200mg's, low and slow is the way to go. I think that when you double the dose(go to 400mg's) you also double the sides. Just my two cents. These people were on dnp for a year or so, and no adverse effects. With dnp more is definantly not better. I'm on day 8 of 200mg's, and I'm feeling great. I can still do my full workouts and cardio, just need to drink lots more water. Low and slow is the way to go.
 
Ive talked to people whove taken a gram and still lived. I feel its pretty hard to OD if you do it SMART (by this.....400mg/day 600MAX).

Satchboogie, what about nitroglycerine and the heart? There are plenty of things we can ingest that wont hurt us that are used for other "volatile" purposes.......
 
Any of you bros ever do a low dose (200 mg's e/d) dnp cycle, and use a relativly high dose of t3 (say between 100-150mcg's per day) along with it? what were your results?
